Real Estate Firm Property Administrator Job in Nairobi Kenya

Property Administrator
Salary: Negotiable

Our client is a Real Estate Property Consultancy Company located in the Nairobi area. 
They are an organisation that offers property buying, property leasing, and property management.  
Among other things the organization believes in providing value added services that they provide to their partner and clients. 
They are looking for someone that is seeking a challenge.

Job Purpose
The Property Administrator's function may also be tied to the organization's business. 
They need someone to help them run the Real Estate Company.

Duties/ Responsibilities will include;
  • Dispersing information and assisting the property staff
  • Manage and keep track of budgets, projects planning and coordinating meetings
  • The managers should also be able to perform some of the basic functions of property employees
  • They should have experience in sales and have a good understanding of the property market
  • Other duties may include keeping track of projects and on-going work as well as being able to plan and set reminders for long-term projects and keep track of sales records
  • Staying current with activities of the team, clients as well as suppliers
  • Be able to create/coordinate advertisements for web
  • Provide support for the organization
Required Qualifications
  • At least Diploma in Estate Agency and Property Management or,
  • Bachelor of Arts in Land Economics
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar position
  • Strong planning and organising skills including a thorough and methodical approach and ability to prioritise
  • Attention to detail
  • Results oriented
