A real estate firm wishes to recruit to recruit qualified candidates to fill the position of a Valuer cum Property Manager.
Requirements.
- B. A Land Economics
- Associate / full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya
- Minimum two years’ experience in valuation and management of properties
- Sound knowledge in property and project management skills
- Driving license and computer skills are essential
- A team player with excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills and who can work under minimum supervision
