Valuer/ Property Manager Job Career

A real estate firm wishes to recruit to recruit qualified candidates to fill the position of a Valuer cum Property Manager.

Requirements.

• B. A Land Economics
• Associate / full member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya
• Minimum two years’ experience in valuation and management of properties
• Sound knowledge in property and project management skills
• Driving license and computer skills are essential
• A team player with excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills and who can work under minimum supervision
