Job Vacancy: Head of Finance

Purpose: The successful candidate will lead the Accounts Department to achieve the Charity’s financial goals by monitoring cash flows and trends, ensuring adherence to budget for all projects and preparing financial reports, statements and projections.

Requirements

• A Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce/Business Administration
• CPA (K) or ACCA
• At least 4 years experience at management level
• Strong planning, organizational and management skills
• Excellent knowledge of Accounting software especially Quickbooks
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Possess creative problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills/Ability to motivate a team
