Position Title: IT Sales

Reports To: IT Manager/ Director

Job Purpose: To market and sell IT software, hardware and data.

Working relationships:

Internal:

• IT Users
• System Developer

External:

• Suppliers – ISPs, Hardware and Software Vendors, telecommunication companies

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and come up with strategy on how to promote company products.
• Implement and monitor IT standards and procedures to ensure IT users comply with them.
• Assess requirements, provide specifications and initiate procurement of IT systems and needs of the customers.
• Keep up to date with changes in the IT industry and update the company.

Experience

• 3-5 years in a busy IT environment
• Knowledge of IT standards and procedures
