Property Officer Real Estate Jobs Kenya.

A fast growing Real Estate and Housing Investment firm in diverse fields of construction from, property development, project management and property marketing is looking for a dynamic, creative and self oriented professional for the above position.
Among others, key responsibilities will be:
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to lease designated properties.

Managing property leases and all necessary documentation of Company and leased properties.
Reviewing and advising the Company on the appropriate utilization of its property assets based on market trends.
Coordinating and ensuring that properties are well maintained.
Establishing and maintaining working relationships with property professionals and other stakeholders.
Ensuring timely payment of rents, rates and adhering to other statutory obligations.
Conducting property inspections and reviewing building expansion/alteration plans.
Prospecting and identifying suitable sites to meet business requirements.
Advising tenants on relevant rules, regulations, guidelines, by laws and other legislation.
Identifying, implementing and benchmarking for best practices in property management.
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Experience
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Land Economics or Civil Engineering
Professional Certification will be an added advantage
Sound knowledge in property and project management skills
Strong Commercial and Financial orientation
Strong organizational skills
Appreciation of health and safety and environment regulations
A team player with excellent communication, problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
At least 2 years working experience in comparable role in a commercial environment

Real Estate Sales & Marketing Manager Job. Salary Over 70k.

Ourclient, a real estate development company develops exclusive (residential) realestate and has a high net worth customer base. The company is currently lookingfor a Sales and Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities
Generateleads by executing the marketing strategy through sales and marketingstrategies including but not limited to organizing presence at general real estateevents, advertising, website and organizing dedicated sales events.
Follow up the leads generated and closing sales.

Attend Sales and Marketing meetings and be responsible for the preparation ofannual and monthly sales and marketing budgets.
Develop the company’s sales and marketing strategy.
Co-managing the communications and PR strategy for various projects.
Manage internal and external relationships 
Coordinate the sales team through the administrative and legal processes.
Supervise outsourced production of sales and marketing materials.


Requirements
Abusiness related field or a Diploma in marketing.
Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar position with proven sales skills.
Sales background where products or services sold have been ‘hard sell’.
Experience in Real Estate would be an added advantage.
Ability to network, communicate comfortably
 
Ability to work independently, solve problems to achieve desired results.
