Qualifications
The Role
The person will be responsible for the development and management of a set of brands with the main aim of achieving and maintaining leadership position in their respective market segments.Duties and Responsibilities
* Prepare and implement annual brand plans to achieve set targets.* Ensure brand profitability is achieved through optimal management of resources.
* Collect, analyze & prepare brand reports and conduct competitive market analysis.
* Develop and implement brand communication strategies.
* Liaise with external agencies in developing and implementing brand strategies.
* Identify and initiate brand improvements to meet changing market needs
* New product development.
Requirements
* At least a Degree in Marketing or Business Administration from a reputable University.* A Post graduate Diploma in Marketing from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
* At least 3 years experience in brand marketing in a large organization.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
