Architects Technicians Jobs Kenya.

We are a well established architectural firm who seek to recruit 2 technicians
Reporting to Architects / Senior Architects
Availability: Immediately

Qualifications

Minimum qualification shall be an Ordinary Diploma from a recognized institution.
Be proficient in ARCHICAD, Artlantis, Photoshop and any other Software packages.

Should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a busy office.
Must be a team player
Must be creative and innovative

Be disciplined and able to keep time
Be good in communication and presentable
Possess organizational skills for storage and retrieval of documents under his/her care
Be of high integrity and honesty
Possess high sense of responsibility in ensuring efficient and quality output.
Experience in Site works
Familiar with council submission procedures and follow ups
Able to meet deadlines with minimum supervision.
