An organization specialized in the supply,repair and maintenance of power generators, is in the process of appointing anexperienced and qualified person to fill the position of Field Sales Person tobe based in Nairobi.

Reporting directly to the M.D, the successful candidate will be responsiblefor:
Marketing our services to new and existing clients

Developing and maintaining a client base.
Meeting the set sales targets
Developing marketing strategies to ensure revenue growth.
Development, preparation, planning and execution of Sales programs.
Development and maintenance of a strong working relationship with allstakeholders of the business.

The job will require 80% field work and 20% officework. The ideal

candidatewill be required to have the following qualifications:
Must be a holder of a diploma or degree in a relevant field.
At lease 5 years experience in machinery and equipment sales.
A holder of a valid driving licence with at least classes E and G
An outgoing personality with good convincing power and a team player.
Willingness to earn most of his income from commissions.
